Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VAT Calculation Automation solutions provided by VatLogicPro, accessible via VatLogicPro.com.
1. Scope of Offerings
VatLogicPro offers three main categories: automation services, information products, and physical goods related to VAT compliance tools.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Fee Payments
All payments are due at the time of ordering. Accepted methods include major credit networks and bank transfers.
4. Reimbursement and Refund Policy
VatLogicPro strives for user satisfaction. Reimbursement guidelines vary by offering:
4.1 Automated Services
- Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to qualify for full reimbursement of fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a partial reimbursement reflecting actual service expenditures.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once and must occur within 90 days of the original date.
- All requests must be made via our contact form.
Sessions conducted as scheduled without a valid rescheduling request are not eligible for reimbursement.
4.2 Information Products
- Digital manuals, guides, and templates are available for immediate download upon purchase.
- Reimbursement requests for undownloaded items must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Once a file link has been downloaded or accessed, the item is deemed accepted and is not eligible for reimbursement.
- Please submit requests via our contact form with your order reference.
4.3 Physical Goods
- Products may be sent back in original, unused condition within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements. Approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days of product receipt and inspection.
- Any damage or incorrect shipment must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery to qualify for full reimbursement or replacement.
4.4 No-Reimbursement Exceptions
Certain bespoke automation solutions or training workshops that require preparatory work are non-eligible for reimbursement due to incurred setup efforts. These offerings will be clearly marked as non-reimbursable on the order page.
5. Amendment of Terms
VatLogicPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on VatLogicPro.com with an updated Effective Date.
